That was my story, too.

After years of illness, and a cancer diagnosis, I started to change my diet to focus on highly nutritious, energy-giving, life-supporting foods (all anti-inflammatory) and I began to practice ways to bring my body into a balanced state therefore providing a strong platform for its own healing….and it worked.

I developed an approach that helps women get off the medical merry-go-round and feel inspired and motivated to truly look after themselves.
