Why You Should Eat More Cauliflower
Cauliflower is rich in fibre which promotes digestive health and aids in reducing the risk of a number of chronic diseases and helps with weight loss.
Antioxidants are natural protectors that fight free radicals to prevent inflammation, cell damage, serious cardiovascular disorders, cancer, and diabetes.
It’s also rich in choline and sulforaphane, two compounds that your body needs to function properly.

How to Add More Cauliflower to Your Life
Grill the entire head, then cut to serve warm
Roast it in the oven with olive oil until toasty
Pair it with a dip for a snack
Make it the main ingredient in tacos, burritos, or enchiladas
“Rice it” and add spices and chicken or veggie stock as you sautee it
Chop and add it raw to your green salad
Make a creamy or cheesy cauliflower soup
Use it as your pizza base (comes out thin and crispy)
Steam until soft, then mash into a potato-like consistency
